Fresh reminder for your small business to think about in 2024



With 2024 arrival and the shock now over ;) it's now time to maybe reflect a little about your year ahead and realistic goals and your own trends to pursue... so I thought I would add some little tips to think ahead and cross of your to do list:

Along with this many grants and funded business support is currently now available, check what's available for you locally.   4. E-commerce Growth: The growth of online sales and the importance of a strong e-commerce strategy for small businesses, including the use of social media platforms for marketing and sales.

  5. Personalisation: Enhanced personalisation in marketing and customer experiences, leveraging data and technology to tailor products and services to individual customer needs. With a small business, it is often the 'you' who sells the service not the service.

  6. Cybersecurity Measures: With increased reliance on digital platforms, small businesses are likely to forget to invest more in cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity of their online operations. Stay on top!

As a small business, one of our key positives is we can adapt and be flexible, so ensuring we constantly review our business is positive, reviewing your business values is something as a developing business you should always re read and update.
